How to Add and Use Omni Message Templates?

Step 1: On the left menu bar, click Setting
Step 2: Click Omni Chat Setting
Step 3: Open the Omni Message Template section
On the Omni Message Template page, you can add, edit, or delete messages. Here is a detailed guide:
Step 1: Input the information for the new message template
Title: Optional
Content: The message that will be displayed when sent to the customer
Category: Select or search for tags to add to the message template (optional)
Step 2: Click Add
Step 1: Click the Edit button on the message template you want to modify
Step 2: Edit the content or other components as needed
Step 3: Click Save
Step 1: Click the Delete button on the message template you want to remove
