Step 1: Go to Survey -> Survey Template
Step 2: Select the Call Center tab
Step 3: Click the Create New Template button
Step 4: Click on "Continue" button
Step 4: Fill in the information
Survey template name (optional)
Description
Survey types: CSAT/NPS
Applicable channels: Call center
Step 5: Click on "custom template
Step 6: Click on "Continue" button
Step 8: Select to activate Automatic Rating sending, where you can choose the 3rd-level category of the call to send automatically
Step 9: Select send message service SMS/ZNS
Select SMS/ZNS service
Enter SMS content
Step 10: Save
Step 11: Return to template type service and select active to use template
