10.1 Add/Edit/Delete template

Step 1: On the left menu bar, click on Settings.

Step 2: Click on Multi-channel Conversation Settings.

Step 3:Open the Omni Message Templates section.

On the Conversation Message Templates page, you can add, edit, or delete messages. Below is a detailed guide.

11.1.1. Guide to Adding a Message Template

Step 1: Enter information for the new message template.

  • Title: Optional.

  • Content: The message that will be displayed when sent to the customer.

  • Label: Select or search for a label to add to the message template (optional).

  • Page: Select the page to apply the message template to: By default, it will apply to All Pages.

  • Select an attachment (optional).

Step 2: Click Save.

11.1.2. Guide to Editing a Message Template

Step 1: Click the Edit button on the message template you want to edit.

Step 2: Edit the content or other components.

Step 3: Click save

11.1.3. Guide to Deleting a Message Template

Step 1: Click the delete button on the message template you want to delete.

Step 2: Click the Delete button on the confirmation popup.
