4. Changing the Session Owner

Step 1. View any message
Step 2: Below the customer's name, there is a line that says 'In charge: Nguyen Thi Ny Na.
Step 3: Click the edit button next to it to change the assigned person.
Select the Group and Responsible Person, then click Assign.
(You can add a note with additional information to help the new responsible person understand the details of the assigned session.)
The person assigned to the session will receive a popup notification of the assignment, as shown in the image:
Click 'View Conversation Now' to open the assigned session, or click 'Later' to stay in the current session.
