2. The basic features of AntBot Chatbot

Access AntBot by upgrading your AntBot plan and access it from your profile

Chatbot interface. Drag and drop nodes to use different functions

Antbot Platform:

  • Start flow: node to begin the script flow

  • End flow: node to end the script flow

  • You can use the 'redirect flow' node to navigate from one script flow to another

Antbot: Functional nodes that respond from the bot with different types of messages.

  1. First, after dragging the 'start flow' node to the settings panel, click on the 'deploy' node

  1. In the 'start flow' node, double-click, select and add the necessary information, for example:

    • 'AntCRM Account': Select the AntCRM account

    • 'Flow name': The name of the flow

    • Pages: Select the page integrated with the CRM

    • Add condition node: You can select a rule by choosing conditions for the message when the customer sends a message

    Enter the keyword and press Enter

Add a 'message' node (to reply with text messages), then add the following information:

  • Name: Node name (Optional)

  • Message: Enter the message you want to send back to the customer (you can add multiple message versions by clicking the 'add message version' node

4. Linking and completing the flow

  • Connect the nodes together using the node connectors

  • To end the flow, click on the 'end flow' node, then double-click and select the AntCRM account, and click Done to save

Here is an example of a basic flow for the bot to respond automatically. After making adjustments, click the Deploy node to save (You can connect multiple nodes together to create the script you desire)

Next, we need to set up the page, go to the settings section

  • Setup details:

  • First-time greeting message: greeting when the user chats with the page for the first time

  • Welcome message: node set up for the first conversation, and when clicked, it will start the flow based on the selected flow

  • Ice breaker: Displays the welcome message again if no messages are sent within 24 hours

  • Main menu: to add to the message menu with the page

Default flow: used when no matching flow is found

Growth tool: Create URL and QR codes to automatically navigate to the messages via the Page and activate the script flow setup

Broadcasts: Automatically send the selected script flow to all followers of the Page at once
