1. Integrate whatsapp on CRM

To integrate WhatsApp Business into Ant CRM, Users must connect Facebook page to WhatsApp. Instructions here

Step 1: Go to Settings -> Omni Chat -> WhatsApp Integrations

Step 2: Click

Step 3: At the verification popup, choose if your facebook account is an administrator of a fanpage connected to WhatsApp. If not, you log in to the administrator account by clicking on the link Login to other account

Step 4: Choose the business that you want to allow AntCRM to access, then choose

Step 5: Choose the whatsapp account that you want to integrate into the system, then click

Step 6: Select save

Step 7: Select got it

Step 8: Choose a desired page and click

Step 9: After Users register, the system will show popup to choose the method to verify

The system will automatically send a 6-digit OTP code to the WhatsApp-registered phone number:

• If the user has not been verified, they will enter the OTP code

• If the user has been verified, they will be redirected the next screen -> Continue

At this point, the system requires the user to enter their WhatsApp PIN. How to change the PIN?. The user enter the PIN and clicks confirm to complete the integration
