# 1. Zalo OA integration

Step 1: Select settings -> Set Omnichannel chat -> Zalo OA Integrations

There are two ways to select a Zalo bot for integration:

Method 1: Use the user's own Zalo bot. See [the guide to creating a Zalo bot here.](https://huongdan.antbuddy.com/kb/antcrm-huong-dan-tao-ung-dung-zalo-bot)

Enter the Application ID and Secret Key of the app, then select Update Zalo Application.

Next, the user selects the integration button

After successfully logging into Zalo, the user will be redirected to a popup to select the OA and grant management permissions for the OA, then choose Allow.\ <br>

Method 2: The user uses AntBuddy's Zalo Bot

The user selects the integration button and proceeds to select the OA and grant management permissions as in Method 1.
