# 15. Configuring layout

This feature allows user to set up configuring layout

Step 1: On the left menu bar, click Settings.

Step 2: Click the Omni-channel Conversations button.

Step 3: Open the other settings session.

Step 4: Select Config layout

Step 5: At config layout interface, can enable or disable the feature.

Step 6: Select interface

There are 3 interfaces to choose:

* Default
* Unify
* Performance
