Create users

Step 1: Open Settings page - User management - Users

Step 2: Press Create user

Step 3: Enter the required information into the Create a new user popup

  • Surname

  • Name

  • Email

  • Username

  • Password

  • Tick the box "Send notification email to newly created user" to send an email with account information to the employee

  • Tick the box "Change password after logging in" to enable changing the password when the employee logs in for the first time

Step 4. Press Create to complete

Note: When creating a new user with email already exist:

  • In case you already have an account at AntCRM and are a member of another company, after creating that account, it will be added to the current company and the previous information will be retrieved

  • In case you do not have an AntCRM account, after creating that account, AntCRM will be activated, and the company will be added with user information that is entered when creating a user on AntCRM
