Shopee use guide
There are 2 ways to integrate shopee on CRM
Step 1
+ Method 1: Click on settings -> Omni conversations -> Messaging channel integrate -> Click "Tích hợp" button

+ Method 2: Click on icon on the right side of the screen to display the supported messaging channels, then click on icon
-> add page

Step 2: In the popup that appears, enter the account information to be integrated

Step 3: Enter the information, click log in
Step 4: Select confirm authorization

Step 5: Here is the interface after successful integration
