# Shopee use guide

*There are 2 ways to integrate shopee on CRM*

*Step 1*

\+ *Method 1: Click on settings -> Omni conversations -> Messaging channel integrate -> Click "Tích hợp" button*

Step 2: In the popup that appears, enter the account information to be integrated

*Step 3: Enter the information, click log in*

*Step 4: Select confirm authorization*
