# 2.2 Auto assign feature and Assignment Mode

Step 1. Go to Fan Page setting page - **Config assignment** section

Step 2. Turn on Auto assign feature

Step 3: Tick the desired assignment option : **Round robin** or **Random**

**Round robin**: Fanpage messages and comments will be automatically distributed sequentially to employees in the support user list.

**Random**: Fanpage messages and comments will be automatically distributed randomly to employees in the support user list.

Step 4. Options apply to employees

* **Only users online** : Only applies to employees who are online
* **All users**: Apply assignments to all employees even if they are offline

Step 5: Click save
