2.2 Auto assign feature and Assignment Mode

Step 1. Go to Fan Page setting page - Config assignment section

Step 2. Turn on Auto assign feature

Step 3: Tick the desired assignment option : Round robin or Random

Round robin: Fanpage messages and comments will be automatically distributed sequentially to employees in the support user list.

Random: Fanpage messages and comments will be automatically distributed randomly to employees in the support user list.

Step 4. Options apply to employees

• Only users online : Only applies to employees who are online

• All users: Apply assignments to all employees even if they are offline

Step 5: Click save
