### Guide to Integrating WhatsApp on Ant CRM <a href="#nwplxaz6dmlf" id="nwplxaz6dmlf"></a>

To integrate WhatsApp Business with Ant CRM, users must connect their Facebook page with WhatsApp. Follow the guide here:

Step 1: Go to Settings -> Omni Chat -> WhatsApp Integrations

Step 2: Click Integrate

Step 3: In the authentication popup, select FB account is an admin of the connected fanpage with WhatsApp.

Step 4: Select the business you want to allow Ant CRM to access, then click “Next”

Step 5: Select the WhatsApp account you want to integrate into the system, then click “Continue”

Step 6: Click Save button

Step 7: Click Got it button

Step 8: Select the desired page and click “Active”

Step 9: After Users register, the system will show popup to choose the method to verify

The system will automatically send a 6-digit OTP code to the WhatsApp-registered phone number

If the user has not been verified, they will enter the OTP code

If the user has been verified, they will be redirected the next screen -> Continue

At this point, the system requires the user to enter their WhatsApp PIN. How to change the PIN?. The user enter the PIN and clicks confirm to complete the integration
