Integrating Lazada into the multi-channel messaging

Step 1: Go to Google page, enter lazada seller key at search, then choose Lazada seller center page with the link: https://sellercenter.lazada.vn/

Step 2: Log in with your Lazada store management account. In the left menu bar, select Account -> Settings -> Copy your store's ID and send it to the Antbuddy team to add the ID to the Lazada bot

Step 3: There are 2 ways to integrate Lazada

+ Method 1: Click on settings -> Omni conversations -> Messaging channel integrate -> Click "Integrate" button

+ Method 2: Click on icon on the right side of the screen to display the supported messaging channels, then click on icon -> add page

Step 4: The screen will display the login page and grant permissions, where:

• Site: Choose Vietnam

• Email: Enter the Lazada page management email

• Password: Enter password

Then, Click on "Submit" button
