4. Reset password for administrators

Antbuddy administrators can Regenerate login passwords for employees in the company.

Below are the steps to reset employee passwords:

Step 1: Access Antbuddy administration page

Method 1:

Step 1: Login Antbuddy web by Admin/owner account

Link: https://antbuddy.com/signin

Choose the company name if you belong to many companies

Choose AntRing at onboarding- welcome page

Step 2: Press Settings on the menu

Method 2: Enter directly administration page link https://<domain>.antbuddy.com/app#!/mall/Setting

Login by email and pass of the account has Admin/Owner permissions:

Step 2: Enter setting users

Open Company configuration ⇒ choose Users tab

Step 3: Search for Employees based on Full name or Username

• Enter the employee's name into the Selected member textbox (3)

• Tick to choose the employee who wants to change the password (4)

• Choose Reset password in the choices below (5)

Step 4: Enter the new password for the employee and press Reset password at the popup appearance

Employee will log in with new password after admin successfully resets the password
