1. Customer survey setting

Open Menu Customer Services ==>Survey

Go to the Survey Template to select the desired survey type to initiate.

  1. Conversations: Used to send surveys to customers via messaging channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Zalo.

  2. Call Center: Used to send surveys to customers
