Guide to connecting Instagram Business with Facebook Fan page, integrating into omnichannel.

Connecting the Instagram Business account with the Fan page helps businesses synchronize messages from Instagram to the Omni Channel platform for easier management and sales.

1.1. Set up instagram business account

In the Settings section, find the Account section and click on Switch to Business Account.

Select the category that best describes your business, then choose Business.

1.2. Connect to Instagram Business with Fanpage Facebook

Step 1: Go to the Facebook Fanpage you want to connect with the Instagram Business account.

Step 2: Go to Page Settings.

Step 3: Select Instagram.

Step 4: Click on Connect Account.

Step 5: Log in to your Instagram Business account.

1.3. Instagram Business into CRM integration

Step 1: Go to settings -> Omni Conversations -> Instagram integration -> Integrate

Step 2: Log in Facebook to Fanpage management

Step 3: Select Edit Settings -> choose the Instagram account to integrate.

Step 4: Select Fanpage is connected to Instagram Business
