# 8. Adding, Edit and Delete omni message template

*Step 1: Click Setting*

*Step 2: Click Omni Chat Setting*

*On the Omni Message Template page, you can add, edit, or delete messages. Here is a detailed guide:*

*Adding message template*

*Step 1: Input the information for the new message template*

* *Title: Optional*
* *Content: The message that will be displayed when sent to the customer*
* *Category: Select or search for tags to add to the message template (optional)*

*Step 2: Click Add*
