14. Setting up Omnichannel chat Categories

This feature allows user to set up Omnichannel chat Categories
Step 1: On the left menu bar, click Settings.
Step 2: Click the Omni-channel Conversations button.
Step 3: Open the Omnichannel chat Categories.
Step 4: Select Add Category
Step 5: Update category name
Step 6: Delete category name
