# 4.1 Hide comment

It is possible to hide comments from staff or hide comments from customers. To hide a customer comment, click on the icon![](/files/Ym1IwqGqxwhvxVVFNY53)

For comments sent by staff, there is an options button '...' at the beginning of each staff comment. Click on it ⇒ Click Hide Comment
