# 8. Tagging session
This feature allows you to tag one or multiple labels to a chat session in order to categorize the sessions by labels. There are 2 ways to tag labels for a session:
Method 1: Click on label icon
Step 1: Open any message/comment.
Step 2: Click on icon tags
Step 3: Select labels from the available list.
*Method 2: Select a label from the list of labels on the chat box*
Once the label is successfully updated, it will appear in the session list, just below the session name*.*
