# 1. Facebook integration

1.1. Access the Facebook Integration Page

Step 1: Access the Facebook Integration Page

Method 1: In the left menu bar, click on Message Management -> select Multi-channel Messaging

Go to the Facebook tab, then click the Integrate button.

Method 2: Go to the Settings page => Select Multi-channel Conversation Settings => Choose message channel Integration

1.2. Use the Admin account of the page to integrate

*There are two cases:*

*Case 1: If you are not logged into Facebook, when you click the Integrate button, a dialog box will appear asking you to log in to Facebook. You must log in to integrate*

*Note: The account you log in with must have at least one Fan page.*\

*After logging in, a popup confirmation to continue with the current account will appear. Click Continue under the name…*
