# 10. Adding message template

Step 1: On the left menu bar, click on Settings.

Step 2: Click on Multi-channel Conversation Settings.

Step 3:Open the Omni Message Templates section.

On the Conversation Message Templates page, you can add, edit, or delete messages. Below is a detailed guide.

Step 1: Enter information for the new message template.

* Title: Optional.
* Content: The message that will be displayed when sent to the customer.
* Label: Select or search for a label to add to the message template (optional).
* Page: Select the page to apply the message template to: By default, it will apply to All Pages.
* Select an attachment (optional).

Step 2: Click Save.
