This feature allows the system to automatically check and close sessions after a set time from the staff's last message
Step 1: Click settings
Step 2: Click Omni Conversations
Step 3: Open the other settings
Step 4: Enter the desired time, the session end message, and enable the feature.
For example: With a 30-minute setting, if a session is being supported with the last message sent by the employee, and no further messages are received within 30 minutes, the session will automatically close and send a farewell message to end the session.
Step 5: Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and click Save.
