Step 1: Open Omni page

Step 2: Click on Facebook tab

Step 3: Click on tab post, you will see all the post in page

Step 1: At tab post, click a post to see the detail

Step 2: Click to see more answers

Step 1: At tab post, click a post to see the detail

Step 2: Click answer in the below comment

Step 3: At this point, a text input bar will appear below the comment. Enter your reply in the text field.

Step 4: Press Enter to submit the reply to the comment.

You can reply to the comment using an Omni message template. The steps are the same as in Section II.4.2, 'Guide to Sending Comments Using Omni Message Templates.

Step 3: Click tab post

Step 4: Click a post to see the detail

Step 5: Click the 'View Post' icon (as shown in the image)

To view comments on Facebook, click the icon below each comment (see image)

To like a comment, click Like below the comment (see image above)
