Step 1: Open Omni page

Step 2: Click on Facebook tab

Step 3: Click on tab post, you will see all the post in page

### 5.2. Guide to answer the comment

Step 1: At tab post, click a post to see the detail

Step 2: Click answer in the below comment

Step 3: At this point, a text input bar will appear below the comment. Enter your reply in the text field.

Step 4: Press Enter to submit the reply to the comment.

Step 1: Open Omni page

Step 2: Click on tab facebook

Step 3: Click tab post

Step 4: Click a post to see the detail

Step 5: Click the 'View Post' icon (as shown in the image)
