5. Change the person assign to session

Step 1: Open any message/comment
Step 2: Below the customer's name, it has "Assign to: Nguyen Thi Ny Na"
Step 3: Click the edit button next to it to change the assigned person
Select the Group and the Person in Charge, then click 'Assign'
You can also add notes to provide the newly assigned staff member with additional information about the session
