Guide to sending Product Sample Messages on WhatsApp (Product Catalog)

Step 1: Create an MPM (Multi Product Template Message)

  • Go to setting and select Orders module → select Opportunity Product and click on Add Opportunity Product button

  • Enter values in the required fields. Then click on Save button

Entities

Description

1

Product Name

Name of the product. This is a required field, asking for the product's name to display in the system

2

Product Code

This code helps to distinguish different products within the system

3

SKU

Stock Keeping Unit. This is a unique identifier for the product in inventory.

Brand Name

Allows you to select the brand of the product if available

5

Description

This is where detailed information about the product is entered to help users understand it better

6

Amount

This field may refer to the default value of the product

7

Current Price

Current price of the product. Allows selection of the currency for the price (e.g., IDR, USD)

Discount

Allows selection of the discount type (such as cash discount)

9

Barcode

This barcode helps to identify the product more easily when scanned with a barcode reader

Category

Main category of the product. Select the category to which the product belongs.

Sub Categories

Subcategory. For more detailed subcategories within the main category

Sub Sub Categories

Subcategory of the subcategory, if the product belongs to a more detailed category

13

Inventory

Stock. Enter the quantity of the product currently available in stock

14

Unit

The unit of measurement for the product, such as piece, kg, or liter

Image

Allows you to add an image to represent the product

Custom Fields

Allows adding additional or customized information for the product

Hidden Product

This option allows you to hide the product, not displaying it in public lists

  • After creating a product

  • Then go to Antbot and build the flow like in this picture. For example set up the start note with Single Character

  • When the customer chat in the page has been selected, the product catalog will display
