# Guide to Creating and sending Whatsapp template campaign

### 1. Guide to Creating template Whatsapp template campaign

Step 1: At the AntCRM screen, select the campaign on the left side → click Whatsapp

Step 2: Click “Create template” button

Step 3: Input and select the necessary information, then click “Continue”  to redirect next page, input the necessary information → click “Save”

Step 4: After successfully creating a new one, click the “save” button to change the status to "approved”

### 2. Guide to Sending Whatsapp template campaign

After successfully creating a new template, you can use the template to send campaigns in 2 ways:

* **Method 1:**&#x20;

Step 1: At the AntCRM screen, select the campaign on the left side → click Whatsapp

Step 2: Click “Create campaign” button

Step 3: Select contact who will receive the message → click the continue button&#x20;

Can import list contacts when clicking on “Import PID list”

Step 4: Input the necessary information, after that click “Create Campaign” button

Step 5: After creating the successful campaign, click “Approve” button to run the campaign

Step 6: Write notes to approve the campaign → click “Continue” button

Step 7: Select “View report” to view the statistics of the campaign

* **Method 2: Send individually to each customer as follows**

**Send the template via customer profile**&#x20;

Step 1: At Ant CRM Screen, select Leads then click account you want to send template

Step 2: After selecting the customer who need to send the template, click “Whatsapp” button

Step 3: Pop-up Whatsapp will display, choose Whatsapp template that was created previously then click “Send” button

**Send the template via the omni chat box**

Step 1: Go to the "Omni conversation" module, select "Conversation" and click on 1 session

Step 2: Click on Mesage template icon in chat box, and select the template
