# 1.1 Integrate Whatsapp API on CRM

To integrate WhatsApp Business into Ant CRM, Users must connect Facebook page to WhatsApp. [Instructions here](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1583303048513172?id=2129163877102343)

Step 1: Go to Settings -> Omni Chat -> WhatsApp Integrations

Step 6: Select save

Step 9: After Users register, the system will show popup to choose the method to verify

The system will automatically send a 6-digit OTP code to the WhatsApp-registered phone number:

* If the user has not been verified, they will enter the OTP code
* If the user has been verified, they will be redirected the next screen -> Continue

At this point, the system requires the user to enter their WhatsApp PIN. How to change the PIN?. The user enter the PIN and clicks confirm to complete the integration
